Qualification
Required
Estimation and budgeting proficiency in construction-related projects
Project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and oversight of worksite development activities
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage project teams effectively
5+ years of relevant experience in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use site development projects, with a focus on 5-60 acre sites
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus. HeavyBid, Agtek are pluses
