Responsibilities

Assist in the development and configuration of workflows and applications within Microsoft Dynamics to support business processes
Analyze existing manual or semi‑automated processes and help identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Support the use of AI and low‑code/no‑code tools to automate workflows and enhance application functionality
Participate in agile development activities, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of application changes and workflow automations
Learn and follow established software development life cycle (SDLC) and development standards
Document work performed, including workflows, logic, and user guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
Stay current on emerging application development, automation, and AI technologies relevant to the team’s work
Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the Application Development team

Required

Must be entering the junior or senior year of an accredited undergraduate program
Enrolled in a degree program focused on Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools and functions
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in basic presentation and documentation techniques
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Ability to commit to the full 10-week internship program schedule
Willingness to adhere to Broadway Bank's core values and maintain the highest standards of professionalism
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday
Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required
