Responsibilities

Ensures composite assemblies meet bonding cure specifications
Hand Trim composite panels ensuring they meet quality requirements and engineering dimensions
Prepares composite surfaces by filling and sanding to a smooth surface
Uses small hand tools, sanders, drills, routers, adhesive applicators, calipers, gauges and other measuring instruments
Responsible only for own work
Performs other related duties as required

Qualification

Composite experienceBlueprint readingHand tools proficiencySafety awarenessAttention to detail

Required

Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
0-6 months of composites experience required

Preferred

Textron Aviation's blueprint reading class is preferred
