Responsibilities

Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript

Own technical architecture decisions across iOS and Android platforms

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape solutions

Set engineering best practices around code quality, performance, and scalability

Review code, mentor engineers, and raise the overall technical bar

Troubleshoot complex mobile issues and drive continuous improvement

Required

7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on mobile development

Proven experience building and shipping apps with React Native

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript

Experience leading engineers or acting as a technical lead on projects

Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional environment

Preferred

Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Prior work in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
