Responsibilities

Open, sort, and review incoming mail containing confidential tax documents
Accurately route documents to the appropriate departments or individuals
Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of all tax-related materials
Log, track, and document mail using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Scan, print, and upload documents to designated systems or folders
Maintain organized document-handling processes and workflows
Communicate with internal team members regarding unclear routing or issues
Provide light administrative support to the tax team as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Previous administrative or tax-related experience (not required)
Basic understanding of tax documentation
Current college students are encouraged to apply
