Responsibilities
Lead root cause analysis and eliminate repeat equipment failures
Design, improve, and optimize PM and PdM strategies
Use CMMS data to drive improvements in uptime, MTBF, and MTTR
Partner with maintenance and operations to improve reliability practices
Coach and train plant teams on asset care and reliability fundamentals
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing or continuous production environment
Strong background in reliability tools (RCA, FMEA, PM/PdM)
CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
Comfortable working on the plant floor and influencing without authority
