Responsibilities

Direct and oversee Teamcenter development and implementation programs across multiple business units and IT functions

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including R&D Quality Regulatory Manufacturing and IT to ensure alignment of PLM strategy with business objectives

Provide technical direction for Teamcenter architecture integrations and customization to meet industry-specific requirements

Ensure PLM solutions adhere to FDA ISO and other medical device regulatory standards

Define and execute the PLM roadmap balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals

Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues impacting program delivery

Manage relationships with external vendors consultants and technology partners to maximize value delivery

Drive organizational adoption of Teamcenter solutions through training communication and process optimization

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success and continuously improve PLM capabilities
