Responsibilities
Coordinates with CIWT’s subordinate commands to achieve communications systems course modernization objectives
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of Communication System and Spectrum Management experience covering the suite of external communications systems used in the US Navy's Information Systems Technician (IT) Rating
Thorough understanding of the RF communications curriculum and expertise in content development and staff-level course management
Experience with analyzing communications plans and a understanding of radio communication service requirements
Must be a US Person
Preferred
USN IT Training Instructor or IT courseware content experience
