Federal & State Regulatory Senior Analyst / Consultant

Responsibilities

Leads compliance reviews related to the operational and technical requirements of regulatory commissions/ authorities
Prepares and coordinates complex filings to various state and local regulatory agencies
Manages critical complaint case tracking and resolution
Researches and provides information to regulatory bodies
Acts as a subject matter expert to support all regulatory and compliance activities
Develops guidelines and procedures to address regulatory requirements and/or findings
Leads compliance reviews related to the operational and technical requirements of regulatory commissions/ authorities

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years' related regulatory compliance experience; utility-based experience preferred
In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 9 years is required
Advanced knowledge of federal and regional electric utility industry and associated regulatory/legislative issues and related compliance requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 7 years' related regulatory compliance experience, including 2 years utility-based experience
In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 11 years is required
Broad and in-depth knowledge of federal and regional electric utility industry and associated regulatory/legislative issues and related compliance requirements
U.S. person status required for compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws
