New Grad, Entry LevelWeGo Public Transit is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist to provide support to the HR Department with a focus on recruitment. The role involves managing candidate status updates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Utilize ADP Workforce and other HR systems to update candidate status
Pre-qualify candidates on the phone and by email
Maintain ATS and data tracking for job candidates
Conduct phone interviews
Schedule virtual and in person interviews
Follow-up with candidates post interview
Create and maintain electronic filing
Complete employment verifications
Schedule pre-employment testing and screenings
Work with staff members on pre-hiring process
Attend virtual and onsite hiring events
Work with HR Team to plan hiring events
Assist in HR orientation and onboarding
Provide hiring data to HR Manager
Track signing bonus payout
Collaborate with other HR Team members on successful event planning
In addition to other HR Generalist duties
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work assigned schedule
Work with minimal supervision
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of employees
Understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
Possess excellent oral and written presentation skills
Maintain confidentiality
Preferred
B.A. or A.A degree and prior recruiting experience is preferred
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and HR Information systems
Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including ADA, EEOC, FLSA, DOL, WC is helpful
Possess valid driver license
