Interns will work closely with the IT Services Department, assisting with tasks such as software updates, user support, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Performing software updates across systems
Providing user support at the help desk
Communicate clearly and professionally with all District departments
Managing and tracking hardware inventory
Conducting media sanitization and disposal in compliance with security standards
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Data analysis, software development, testing, requirements gathering
Collaborating with multiple IT teams, including:
Service Desk
Operations
Applications
Cybersecurity
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
Available for flexible work hours, up to 40 hours per week
Available for a job duration of approximately 3-6 months during the summer of 2026
