Responsibilities
Manage and support all devices such as laptops, iPad, and tablets
Review and update records in Salesforce
Maintain data integrity, verify and correct data discrepancies
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly and react with appropriate urgency
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at any given time
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Approach challenges with a resilient attitude
Proven experience in data entry
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to consistently demonstrate our values
Strong organizational, planning, written communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
