Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and effective communication
Assist clients with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed solutions
Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer data using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all customer information is current and correctly documented
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to build rapport with clients
Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall client support processes
Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest enhancements for service delivery

Qualification
Required
Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in English plus at least one additional language
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for client engagement
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining detailed records
Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
Preferred
Prior experience in call center environments or outbound calling
Bilingual capabilities are a plus; ability to handle diverse client needs effectively
