Ensuring reliable network connectivity and system access across all critical sites
Day-to-day network support

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID
5+ years of experience in Microsoft administration
5+ years of experience in Windows Server environments
5+ years of experience delivering customer service and technical support
10+ years of experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networking issues
Preferred
Experience working with wiring closets
Hands-on experience with Ruckus switches
Familiarity with Deskpro ticketing systems
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
