Senior Program Analyst
ITC Defense is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in support of the Australia FMS F/A-18 customer on PMA-265 at the NAVAIR Headquarters in Lexington Park, MD. The role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyzing requirements and budgets, and providing program analysis support for various aspects of the program.

Responsibilities
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Track program/project status and schedules
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to support various aspects of FMS Programs and ensure program success
Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program
Participate as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and IPTs
Collect, compile, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
Track program/project status and schedules
Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
An Active Secret Clearance or higher is required in order to be considered
At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and LCM; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning to include specific knowledge of FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs
Expert knowledge of SECNAV, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) forms related to Planning Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD254 is required
Experience must include program/project status, earned value management (EVM) and schedules
Preferred
Able to perform mission critical and high-visibility duties independently
Experience leading junior staff on projects and tasks
