Responsibilities
Provide strategic Asset Management leadership and guidance over daily operations of the Camden site
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and best‑value/operational‑excellence standards
Manage the property life‑cycle for capital, customer, and government owned property
Lead and mentor the onsite team of Asset Management professionals, cultivating a collaborative culture of continuous improvement
Support unique contract requirements for bunker storage, aging, and act as the onsite liaison for audits and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Prior demonstrated leadership of a team
Demonstrated experience working with Government/Customer representatives, DCMA Property Administrator, DCMA Plant Clearance Officers, Contracting Officers, and other stakeholder teams
Subject matter expert of FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must possess a Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA, MMS, and other LM used tools
NPMA certification
Lean six sigma certification
Knowledge of GFP Module
Demonstrated problem solver, identifying risk and developing a corrective action plan
