Responsibilities
Execute go-to-partner strategy for matrixed AI factory reference solutions, integrating Supermicro GPU platforms with modular panelized data center buildings to enable rapid deployment of high-performance AI infrastructure globally
Lead consultative solution selling engagements with sales, field application engineers, network engineers, system engineers and product managers from Supermicro and partner companies
Position advanced infrastructure architectures including liquid cooling, high-density power distribution, and overstructure/containment strategies to support next-generation GPU clusters
Build and manage strategic partnerships across the AI and data center ecosystem, including OEMs, GPU providers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel), mechanical/electrical vendors, and modular construction partners
Identify new market opportunities and develop revenue strategies around AI-ready modular data centers and high-density compute deployments
Create 2D deployment guides, space plans
Represent Supermicro at industry events, trade shows, partner events occasionally. You will craft technical content to present at conferences, meetups, and local events. Travel to customer sites and events as required
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technical multi-partner-facing roles, working with OEMs, GSIs, and Data Center Infrastructure providers
AI Infrastructure Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI-specific hardware, including GPU servers, networking and storage especially in traditional datacenter environments
Networking & Storage Savvy: Solid understanding of high-performance networking and storage
Communication: Strong ability to translate complex hardware + software value propositions into clear, compelling presentations for both engineers and executives
Travel: Proven ability to travel up to 40% to global locations and work with customers and partners in the field
