Information Technology Operations Support
Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Technology Operations Support professional. The main purpose of this role is to provide first-level incident identification and resolution across various platforms while monitoring applications and responding to alerts.
Responsibilities
Employ first-level Incident identification and resolution techniques to interruptions across Mainframe, Linux/UNIX, Windows, Storage and Network platforms
Monitor multiple applications and systems using approved software
Monitor and respond to applications/systems alerts across all platforms in accordance with Quality Standards and/or Security Policies
Report and document any processing anomalies utilizing approved software. (Service Now / Remedy)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program)
5+ years of OS390 JCL and IBM utilities
5+ years working in a multi-platform environment including Windows, Linux/Unix and Storage
5+ years working knowledge of an open systems scheduling product (UC4)
3+ years of cloud environment experience, preferably AWS
