Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion security roles (Job Roles, Abstract Roles, Data Roles)
Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects, etc.)
Create and manage custom roles using Oracle ADF Security and Fusion Security Console
Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning via Oracle Identity Management / Fusion Security
Manage segregation of duties (SoD) and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Perform role mapping during implementations and rollouts
Support quarterly/annual access reviews and audits
Troubleshoot access issues, errors, and authorization failures
Work closely with Functional Consultants and IT teams to align access with business processes
Support integration with IAM tools (IDM, OAM, IDCS, Azure AD, etc.)
Maintain documentation for security roles, processes, and standards
Qualification
Required
Any degree with IT
8 years of experience minimum
12 years of experience maximum
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security Console
Deep understanding of Job, Abstract, and Data Roles
Experience with HCM, Financials, SCM, EPM security
Knowledge of privileges, duty roles, and policies in Fusion
Experience in SoD controls and audit compliance
Working knowledge of Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / IAM integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with BI Publisher and OTBI security is a plus
