Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling for installers within assigned geographic markets
Confirm accurate tracking and timely deliveries prior to scheduling and work with Third-Party Coordinator when issues arise
Ensure optimal scheduling efficiency by going back and mapping out installer and designer’s day and adjusting calendars as needed
Keep up to date meetings to include market center calls, 1:1’s, Operation calls, etc.…
Identify traveling needs and assist with determining the best installer to travel while keeping in mind market demand and cost
Review market calendars on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of appointments in NetSuite and scheduling platform. Ensure both platforms have the same appointment information
Support designers and installers by balancing schedules and workload distribution
Assist field teams by addressing scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes efficiently by addressing all issues that come directly to you and that are included in the Teams scheduling chat
Make outbound calls to follow up on web form inquiries from clients seeking consultations
Schedule consultations efficiently while considering market-specific availability
Communicate with clients, installers, and designers to confirm, reschedule, or adjust appointments as needed
Make outbound calls to follow up on scheduling requests, inquiries, and confirmations
Maintain and manage team folders (CC, Solutions, IDC)
Assist Client Relations Coordinator with inbound call overflow and handle scheduling inquiries during peak hours
