This role is responsible for evaluating, integrating, and deploying advanced information security technologies and policies, while also ensuring compliance with various regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and deploy advanced information security technologies and policies across the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s enterprise systems and infrastructure
Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Proactively mitigate risks to protect sensitive information
Plan and maintain all aspects of data security, including vulnerability management, log collection and analysis, access and rights management, patch and update compliance, malware protection, intrusion prevention, continuous monitoring, and external program compliance
Strengthen defenses, ensure regulatory adherence, and support the safeguarding of critical assets
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an enterprise support environment with information security responsibility
Knowledge of CJIS, COPPA, FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS regulatory compliance standards
Possession of a valid FL Driver's License
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Candidates must be willing to travel to all STOF Reservations
Maintain communication with the Information Security Manager
Work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related experience in field
Additional certifications, such as, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Microsoft, Cisco or industry security certifications
