Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory research supporting medical and therapeutic development
Develop, optimize, and execute cell-based potency assays
Perform molecular biology, protein chemistry, and microscopy-based experiments
Analyze experimental data and clearly present findings
Prepare and analyze tissue, organ, and cell samples for toxicity and disease research
Support studies on disease mechanisms, prevention, and treatment strategies
Follow strict lab safety and compliance procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary research and medical teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
Strong hands-on experience in molecular biology and cell biology
Proven ability to optimize and troubleshoot assays
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and data-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced research environment
