The Licensed Assistant Security Site Supervisor will support the daily supervision of the Data Centre Security Team, assist in training security staff, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities
Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
Other duties to be determined by operations
Qualification
Required
Must have Data Center background of one year and a supervisory capacity in security of one year
High school degree or equivalent
Valid KC Security License
Valid MO Driver's License
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
Preferred
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team
SOC Operator Training: Trained to an Operator level within a SOC
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Organization and Planning Skills: Strong organization and planning skills, ability to instruct and delegate work
Integrity and Ethics: Demonstrates integrity and is committed to upholding ethics and organizational values
