Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and components
Assist with customization using declarative tools and programmatic solutions
Write, test, and maintain Apex code and Salesforce configurations
Support integrations, workflows, validation rules, and automation
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues
Qualification
Required
Some hands-on Salesforce development experience (as little as 6 months acceptable)
Exposure to or working knowledge of Apex
Familiarity with Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and basic automation
Understanding of Salesforce development best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salesforce Developer certification(s)
Experience supporting Salesforce in a production environment
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working in an Agile or team-based development setting
