Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) to align with program requirements and goals
Collaborate as a key advisor with cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, manufacturing) to integrate inputs, resolve issues, and ensure schedule integrity
Drive compliance with rigorous standards, including DCMA 14-Point Analysis, DECM metrics, Schedule Health Metrics, and Government/Corporate requirements
Conduct advanced analyses such as Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and EVM to identify risks, mitigate delays, and develop contingency plans
Generate insightful performance reports, EAC forecasts, and metrics to inform stakeholder decisions and enhance program outcomes
Mentor junior analysts, facilitate training, and lead change management initiatives to adopt innovative processes and tools
Manage competing priorities with strong analytical acumen, providing EVM and financial support to maintain cost and schedule performance
Advocate for best practices, fostering efficiency and excellence in dynamic environments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in program scheduling, planning, EVM, and IMS development (more experience required for Staff-level roles)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project; strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/Macros for automation highly desired
Solid knowledge of EVM principles, critical path methodologies, risk analysis, and compliance standards (e.g., DCMA, DECM)
Proven ability to work independently with exceptional communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to diverse teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Structured Solutions Inc. tools, processes, and methodologies
Track record supporting large-scale DoD, NASA, or aerospace/defense programs
Experience providing EAC financial support and advanced schedule analytics
