TECHNOLOGY LEAD
The State of New Hampshire, Office of the Governor, GO-NORTH Division is seeking a Technology Lead responsible for leading rural health transformation investments in digital health infrastructure. The role involves implementing health IT, data systems, and digital tools that connect providers, payers, and communities to enhance interoperability and care coordination.

Responsibilities
Leading rural health transformation investments in digital health infrastructure
Building and integrating the digital infrastructure that supports rural health transformation
Adoption of innovative technology by rural hospitals, CMHCs, FQHCs, and rural providers
Enhance interoperability, care coordination, and population health management
Cybersecurity, clinical and administrative efficiency
Support rural providers participation in value-based care and alternative payment models
Leads strategy and implementation for health IT, data systems, and digital tools
Coordinate RHT technology investments and coordinate technical assistance resources for rural providers
Ensure systems are interoperable, user-friendly, secure, and aligned with federal and state requirements
Translate technical capabilities into practical tools that help frontline teams coordinate care, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the rural health system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
