Responsibilities
Directing and assisting with Concept, Pre-Feed, Feed and detailed engineering
Directing and assisting with the selection of subsea hardware for subsea production systems
Estimate costs and timing to bring the project to execution
Directing and assisting with ensuring project compliance with specifications and regulations
Directing and assisting with the development of tree and hardware specifications
Directing and assisting in development of testing, installation, operation and maintenance procedure
Engage in vendor management
Witnessing tree and hardware FATs
Coordinating the work of contractors employed to design, manufacture and test subsea trees and other equipment
Risk assessment and HAZID responsibilities
Progress reporting and monitoring responsibilities
Acting as a Customer Site (Engineering) Representative as may be required
Assist with training new engineers
Contribute to lesson learned exercises
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10 years' experience as a subsea tree/hardware engineer
Willingness to travel to Operator or Supplier site
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to interface directly with clients and internal departments
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent MS Office Suite knowledge
