Surgical Technology Services Specialist
Agiliti is a leading manufacturer and service provider for medical and surgical equipment, partnering with clinicians to ensure patient readiness. The Surgical Services Specialist is responsible for driving strategic sales growth within a designated territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities while promoting Agiliti's Surgical Services.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with long-term, annual, and quarterly goals
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle
Adapt messaging and sales approach to customer needs to drive meaningful engagement and successful outcomes
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews, maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers
Leverage cross-functional partners, including Territory Executives and Operations counterparts, to execute growth strategies
Communicate the value of Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management framework and ensure familiarity with all service offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
Operating Room knowledge and medical device sales experience required
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare sales or related experience
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to travel up to 50%; valid, unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record per company policy
Preferred
Experience selling services and working in team-based sales environments preferred
