Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain or service parts management environments
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PTC Servigistics, specifically Service Parts Management (SPM) modules
Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization processes
Proven ability to develop clear, comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation
At least 3 years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
