Responsibilities
Ensure successful technology delivery and reliability of the MWBE Business Diversity Software solution
Collaborate with Senior Technical Lead and development teams to provide technical expertise and troubleshooting
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and deployment phases
Assist in configuration and integration of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions
Design and implement comprehensive solutions using both custom development and COTS platforms
Write code as needed and configure COTS solutions
Create architecture diagrams, automation pipelines, and system integrations
Submit and manage technical requests (BOMs, firewall rules, security changes, etc.)
Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations
Work closely with OTI’s Cyber Command unit to ensure security compliance
Ensure adherence to legal, technical, and operational standards
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and risks
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, technical architecture, and leadership
Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, B2G NOW)
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language: Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Go
Strong cloud architecture experience using Azure or AWS
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA)
Demonstrated experience building automated CI/CD pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and procedures
Ability to document non-functional requirements with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Knowledge or experience with B2G NOW or similar MWBE systems
