Responsibilities
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery for research and feature development
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, priorities, and dependencies to stakeholders
Ensure accurate documentation of tasks, milestones, and project outcomes
Coordinate procurement of equipment and vendor services
Support operational and non-research initiatives as needed
Work onsite 5 days per week at the Redmond location
Qualification
Required
Strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills
Ability to quickly prioritize and manage medium-term goals (up to 3 months)
Proven risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate project goals
Preferred
Background in audio technologies (highly desirable)
Experience with machine learning or computer vision
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
End-to-end software project management experience
