Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of field technicians assigned to a large-scale, dedicated project
Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project timelines
Provide technical guidance, escalation management, and issue resolution for field-related challenges
Monitor work quality, adherence to technical standards, and compliance with safety protocols
Track task progress, identify risks or delays, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure accurate documentation, ticket closure, and reporting across all technician activities
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align field execution with project scope and objectives
Assist with technician onboarding, training, and performance feedback
Manage and track inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in the field
Promote professionalism, accountability, and strong customer satisfaction through effective communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of hands-on field technician experience
Strong understanding of field service procedures, installation standards, and troubleshooting practices
Proven ability to coordinate teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and resolve issues independently
Valid driver's license and ability to support onsite work as required

Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
