Corporate Help Desk Support
Ledgent Technology is seeking a Corporate IT Support Specialist to join a reputable nationwide Retail Company. The role involves providing on-site IT support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with various corporate IT functions such as Active Directory and Office 365.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for corporate users
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist with remote support for PCs
Manage and support Active Directory, VPN, and Office 365
Assist with printer connectivity and related issues
Support users with Okta and other authentication methods
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of Corporate IT support experience
Experience in Active Directory
Experience in Authentication
Experience in VPN
Experience in Office 365
Knowledge of how to connect into PCs remotely
Ability to support and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Experience with Printers
Preferred
Okta experience is a huge plus
