L&D Program Manager
Stratfield Consulting is seeking an L&D Program Manager to join their client. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of impactful learning experiences across the organization, translating business needs into cohesive learning strategies and overseeing delivery teams.

Responsibilities
Design end-to-end learning experiences by:
Defining clear learning objectives
Selecting appropriate learning modalities (live, self-paced, blended, experiential)
Crafting cohesive learner journeys across touchpoints
Own the experience design for large-scale learning events (learning summits), recurring programs (leader development), smaller workshops, training and targeted interventions
Ensure learning experiences are grounded in adult learning principles and experience design best practices
Leverages experiences and abilities to assess L&D curriculum impacts
Define scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies for learning experiences
Lead planning and alignment meetings with senior leadership, stakeholder and delivery teams
Organize programs and activities to deliver learning and development goals and objectives for stakeholders
Delegate and oversee project tasks related to execution of the learning experience (content sourcing & development, logistics, facilitation, production)
Ensure delivery stays aligned to the original learning intent, objectives and experience vision
Partner with senior leaders to define event learning outcomes and success measures
Design the full learning journey (pre-event, live experience, post-event reinforcement)
Review, curate, and source session content aligned to learning objectives
Work directly with speakers to clarify learning objectives, select appropriate modalities, strengthen experience design
Lead the event team and committee to execute the learning experience
Provide support to the event planning team as needed to ensure success and positive impact on attendees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Effectiveness
Proven project and program management experience to support build out of learning and development business goals and objectives
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and learning experience design
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into learning solutions
Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to interface with business leaders on a regular basis
