Responsibilities
Logistics & Dispatching: Strategically schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and inspections to maximize daily field productivity
Work Order Management: Generate work orders, provide real-time status updates to clients, and conduct post-service audits to ensure technical documentation accuracy
Administrative Compliance: Manage specialized paperwork and ensure all technician reporting is submitted accurately and within established deadlines
Inventory & Procurement: Facilitate the ordering, receiving, and issuance of materials
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
3+ years of administrative experience within a sales or service-oriented industry
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JST/D365
Communication: Strong command of English with the ability to interpret complex policies, procedures, and technical manuals
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to exercise professional discretion
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate critical operational matters
Competency in data analysis, interpretation, and high-speed data entry
