Responsibilities
Platform Support: Assist in the day-to-day management and operation of ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Appspace to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction
Employee Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve employee interactions with these platforms and recommend solutions to streamline processes
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback, platform analytics, and business metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders on projects to implement new features, workflows, or integrations within the business applications
Documentation: Create user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support employees in using these tools effectively
Testing and Quality Assurance: Test new configurations, features, and updates to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver a positive user experience
Research: Stay informed about new trends, tools, and best practices in workplace technology and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in workplace technology tools and enhancing employee experiences through innovative solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Moveworks, Appspace, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of data analysis, workflows, and user experience design is desirable
