Vice President, Client Success

The Vice President, Client Success is responsible for managing services, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the Client Success team to maintain and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities
Responsible for best-in-class client service delivery and strategic planning, including fiscal responsibility, while maintaining long-term executive and client-level relationships for key accounts and overseeing the Client Success management function
Directly accountable for client success and execution of operating mechanisms to build and maintain successful relationships with health systems, hospitals, physicians, and other provider partners
Manage, develop, train, and lead the Client Success team, including hiring as needed, and providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation
Oversee the successful implementation of new clients, client-facing programs, client expansions, and company initiatives
Implement and maintain KPIs and analytics to provide reporting and visibility into the performance and overall health of all client accounts
Establish, maintain, and update Client Success management policies, objectives, and initiatives focused on accountability, client retention, growth, and overall client well-being
Ensure all client concerns related to clinical and operational functions are identified and resolved in a timely manner to support delivery satisfaction
Serve as a central point of contact to integrate efforts across departments to ensure efficient processes and optimal client outcomes
Ensure direct, concise, and timely communication across all aspects of client success
Represent the organization by executing excellence in client presentations, engagement, and interactions
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and security regulations and oversee team adherence to compliance requirements
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, business, or a related field, and/or ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in healthcare
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
Basic familiarity with medical billing and healthcare terminology
Basic understanding of the current healthcare regulatory environment
Ability to read, understand, and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and policies
Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner
Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service excellence
Proven leadership and management skills, including motivating teams and setting clear expectations
Demonstrated experience with facilitation and cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives
Proven ability in team building and relationship management
Strong presentation development and delivery skills
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
Strong customer service and client-facing skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of Outlook and RCM or equivalent workflow management software
