Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and managing work orders to ensure adherence to project timelines
Customer service skills with an ability to maintain positive client relationships and promptly address concerns
Proficiency in using technology and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to resolve issues effectively under pressure
Preferred
Experience in facility management, construction coordination, or a related field is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
