Responsibilities

Lead end to end project management for productivity, events, real estate activity and additional business critical initiatives from concept through implantation and stabilization
Develop clear project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Influence across cross-functional partners, ensuring milestones and commitments are met
Translate complex operational initiatives into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels
Support initiatives that improve store productivity, process optimization, event logistics, and real estate activity
Monitor performance against productivity targets and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution development
Assist with roll out and execution of new Store Operations strategies, tools, or processes to improve compliance, service levels, productivity, and cost reduction
Support peak readiness, capacity planning, and execute effective store communication
Help ensure productivity initiatives align with broader brand strategy
Develop and maintain project dashboards, timelines, and performance tracking tools
Clearly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Ensure projects deliver impact to brand strategy and success metrics
Collaborate closely with Cross Brand Process Team, Real Estate Operations, Events, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Visual Operations and Field Leadership
Serve as a strong thought partner, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives
Incorporate stakeholder feedback early into project plans to improve execution quality and adoption
Support change management efforts to ensure new processes are embedded and sustained

Required

Store Leadership and/or Store Operations experience with a passion for process improvement
Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting
Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced ever changing environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders, communicating complex information clearly and professionally
Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with excellence in Excel and PowerPoint
Champions innovation through early adoption of new tools and best practices
Ability to travel up to 50% with timing agility
