Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection support, reference checks, and advising leaders on equitable hiring practices
Champion a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance
Utilize proactive sourcing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and networking channels to attract top talent
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while fostering relationships with prospective candidates
Execute talent acquisition efforts aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
Coordinate onboarding logistics in partnership with hiring teams, IT, facilities, and HR to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Leverage HRIS, ATS, SharePoint, and related technologies to streamline processes and maintain data integrity
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and organizational policies
Maintain accurate records and generate workforce metrics, including quarterly demographic and turnover reports
Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong understanding of equitable hiring practices
2+ years of compensation administration experience, including knowledge of federal and state pay equity laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and diverse teams
Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized, with strong time management and communication skills
Preferred
SharePoint experience preferred
