Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and goals
Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, from setup to integration to launch
Write scripts, build automations, or develop custom solutions when needed
Own integrations with Oracle, SAP, and other ERP platforms
Collaborate with Sales and CS to shape the technical side of the customer journey
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in our process and proactively drive improvements
Provide product feedback and influence roadmap decisions based on real-world usage
Help create technical documentation and internal tools to support customer scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g. Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, FDE, or similar)
Strong programming skills in Python with extensive experience in modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise auth)
Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward building and improving
Experience working with sales teams and supporting the pre and post sales process
Preferred
Startup or high-growth experience preferred
Experience with AI/ML-powered data processing and automation
Experience with financial technology or financial data integration
Track record of building developer tools and internal automation systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
