Responsibilities
Working with a team to develop and operate automated build and deployment infrastructure in GitLab CI/CD and Atlantis
Developing and operating automated build and deployment infrastructure
Writing and maintaining Cloud Infrastructure
Owning technical problems end-to-end
Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters in production
Packaging software into Helm Charts
Writing and maintaining Cloud Infrastructure with Terraform
Configure and maintain a federated message bus infrastructure
Maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Supporting software engineering teams with the use and integration of pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Ensuring developed infrastructure and CI/CD solutions seamlessly deploy/integrate with third-party platforms and infrastructures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience in a DevOps role
Leveraged a major cloud provider's (AWS, Azure, GCP) services in a production setting
Strong experience with either Python or Go
Strong experience with Ansible automation
The ability to see through the noise to the most critical problem
The ability to provide technical leadership, guide, and mentor junior engineers
Excellent communication skills, working with end-users to design and build solutions to their needs
A habit of self-directed learning of new technologies
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158
