Responsibilities
Develop graphics and present materials to assist the department and the university in making decisions
Travel to other TTUHSC locations to understand how spaces are used
Assist in maintaining and organizing the construction document archives (both physical and electronic)
Measure, survey, and photograph existing and potential TTUHSC facilities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a related area and 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area
Preferred
Experience using AutoCAD software
Experience with the terminology, methods, practices, and techniques of drafting
Experience preparing reports independently and implementing and maintaining effective office management systems
Experience using Microsoft Office package, particularly Word and Excel
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite package. Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Portfolio of work provided; published recommendations/articles
