Senior Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing Development and R&D teams, plus our Ultrasound factories and suppliers, to bring cutting-edge Ultrasound products into production with high quality and solid business results
Use platform manufacturing techniques to leverage existing architectures, as well as looking to new technologies, to ensure new products are highly manufacturable
Lead problem solving teams on some of our most challenging technical issues
Mentor junior engineers on manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience developing processes for technically complex manufacturing operations
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Skills in thinking broadly at a systems-engineering level while also diving into technical details to solve complex issues
Strong interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and proven experience resolving advanced technical challenges
