Responsibilities
Administer Unix/Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain Unix/Bash shell scripts for automation of system tasks, backups, monitoring, and deployments
Implement and manage MDM platforms to secure, deploy, and monitor mobile devices across corporate networks
Troubleshoot complex issues in Unix/Linux environments, integrating MDM for endpoint compliance and policy enforcement
Collaborate with IT teams on scripting solutions to streamline operations and support recruitment tech stacks
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Intune, or AirWatch
Strong proficiency in Unix shell scripting and Bash for scripting automation
In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux OS system administration, including user management, networking, and security hardening
Hands-on experience with Unix/Bash command-line operations and scripting best practices
3+ years in Unix/Linux administration; familiarity with enterprise environments preferred
Preferred
Experience in IT staffing or recruitment tech support
Knowledge of cloud integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure) with Unix/Linux systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
