Specific experience with fiber optic interconnect or systems
Experience writing requirements or defining parameters of electrical systems/parts (like qualifying parts)
Component evaluation/design/qualification, experience with industry/military standards (SAE, Mil-specs, ASTMs, IEEE…), any manufacturing experience particularly EWIS
Experience with SSOWs or ensuring deliverables for customers
Specific experience with any type of electrical component fabrication (a class or two that deep dives into these subjects would count but not for the full point unless candidate claims this as an area of specific focus in their area of study)
Specific experience with writing and reviewing requirements
Experience with component level design and part selection, including both 'from scratch' designs and searching for alternate part substitutions within an established system/circuit
Experience with testing and troubleshooting electrical systems and parts (bonus point for knowledge of environmental testing and environmental requirements)
Some experience with military electronics. Not necessarily aerospace, as long as it's directly related to one of our electrical disciplines (i.e. components, wire/cables, processes, etc.)
Experience incorporating Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), LEAN and Quality principles into (1) materials and processes, (2) research and qualification, (3) work procedures and (4) lab testing and qualification
