Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager
The Boeing Company is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager to join their Test & Evaluation team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will manage Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of various programs, while developing project plans, managing resources, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manage, develop and motivate employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years of experience in a lead role as either a team-builder or a team-leader
Preferred
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S
Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience working with business partners to shift left and improve design requirements
Test and evaluation experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
