Responsibilities
Prepares, maintains, and documents technical business requirements functional specifications to produce required documentation through Business Domain Modeling, State Charts, Activity Modeling, Use Case Modeling, and Sequence Modeling in both UML and Non-UML standards where needed
Plans, develops, organizes, and prioritizes technical requirements to support both operational and project related work
Researches, develops, and documents technical design specifications through Sequence Modelling, Activity Modeling, Deployment Diagrams, and other various documentation
Articulates requirements both in technical and non-technical delivery both written and verbal communication based on the audience
Creates, executes, and catalogs QA, System, and application-level test cases. Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages
Performs root cause analysis and delivers corrective action and/or recommendations for desired outcomes
Assists in training the Operations team and develops documented procedures to use in the incident-management process
Troubleshoots and responds to incidents that have been escalated through the support queue
Facilitates change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Writing, System Analysis, and/or related
Knowledge and experience in project methodologies, and product ownership
Knowledge and experience in technology business process development including business rules management
Experience with commonly used technical diagramming methods and tools (UML)
Experience with Enterprise Architect or similar Diagram Software including version control capabilities
Experience with implementing and managing applications
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Process Control Management, Information Technology, Operations, and/or related preferred
