Responsibilities
Provides strategic, operational, and programmatic leadership across the full pharmacy enterprise
Supports systemwide initiatives in inpatient, ambulatory, specialty, research, and retail pharmacy services
Serves as a trusted advisor and proxy to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Vice President of Pharmacy Services
Ensures alignment with organizational priorities
Drives operational and financial performance
Fosters collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
Leads major enterprise projects
Oversees critical programs
Promotes coordination, communication, and change management across departments
Strengthens partnerships with clinical, administrative, and community stakeholders
Ensures regulatory readiness, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare administration
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse clinical and administrative teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
Experience in academic medical center or integrated delivery system settings
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, advanced therapies, revenue cycle, or research pharmacy operations
