Responsibilities

Assist with basic network troubleshooting
Help update network diagrams and documentation
Learn to configure and monitor network equipment
Support network upgrade and maintenance activities
Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot and solve problems
Follow all IT policies and security best practices
